http://www.aberle-automation.com Aberle GmbH has finalized a modernisation of a small part warehouse for Schnellecke Logistics at Glauchau. The Warehouse delivers small parts for the automotive industry. The retrofitting was realised within only 6 month and while the logistics system was running. The process optimisation of logistics starts at incoming goods. Because of the lift table the depalletising solution is now much more ergonomic for employees. Picking and outgoing goods are now organised at two levels. At ground level the pallet conveying system, at the first floor the tray conveyors. The pallet conveyor system delivers the pallets via an scissor tabel to the first floor. The tray conveyor system enables employees a very ergonomic picking to the special tray shelves. The driving distance and sum of routes for the forklifts is also reduced.
