Economist Jeremy Stephen Responds to the IMF Report on Barbados

The IMF has recommended that Government cut expenditure, and keep public sector salaries stable. According to the economist Jeremy Stephens this is not surprising, and will present a challenge for Prime Minister Mia Mottley.
