Army pays a tribute to Late Sep Sukhwinder Singh who made the sacrifice during a standoff attack while on a patrol ahead of the Line of Control fence in Keran sector of Kupwara district yesterday. Representatives from other security agencies also joined in paying their last respects to the martyr.
