NEWS: PM: We have not requested for Sirul’s extradition

Dr M says Putrajaya has not requested for the extradition of Sirul Azhar Umar, who was convicted in the murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu. He adds that the government may commute his death sentence to a jail term.
