Denver Uber Driver Charged With Murder In Shooting Of Passenger

A Denver-area driver with the ride-sharing service Uber was charged on Thursday with first-degree murder for fatally shooting a passenger, Reuters says. 29-year-old Michael Andre Hancock, who had been held without bond in the shooting death of 45-year-old Hyun Kim is charged with one count of murder after deliberation. Hancock’s first court appearance to hear the charge hasn't been set.
