Helmet cam footage shows the moment a motorcyclist reprimands a young couple - for riding pillion with their baby daughter. The couple were spotted with the tot sitting on the mother's lap and behind the father who was riding the motorbike. Outraged road user John Leyes confronted the couple and is heard telling them not to be ''dumb''.
