New Manchester City signing John Stones has revealed the huge role that manager Pep Guardiola had in his decision to move from fellow Premier League side Everton.
The 22-year-old England international, who has joined for 47.5-million (GBR) pounds, said he was looking forward to working with a "winner" and believes it was "110 per cent the right decision" to decide to play under the former Barcelona manager.
He also revealed that England team-mate and Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart had encouraged him to join the club.
The central defender has joined the 2013-14 Premier League winners on a six-year deal.
