A disgraced Labour deputy council leader was caught on film pulling a metal trailer out of his driveway - despite claiming he couldn't walk. Robert Woodbridge received more than £3,000 from the Department of Work and Pensions after claiming he needed round-the-clock care. But surveillance footage from the DWP showed the 59-year-old walking without a stick, crossing roads, and building a shed in his garden. Woodbridge, from Swanley, Kent, denied dishonestly failing to notify a change of circumstances but was convicted by a jury at Maidstone Crown Court in just 20 minutes on Friday.
