Xavi is one of the most successful players of all time, having won 22 trophies in his career; he says his next aim is to inspire the next generation of young players.
The Barcelona midfielder adds that his own style of play has not altered much since he was eleven years old.
He goes on to say he grew up watching English stars such as John Barnes, Paul Gascoigne and Matt Le Tissier and cites current players Jack Wilshire and Raheem Sterling as having a great future ahead of them.
