England international Frank Lampard says it was very difficult to leave Chelsea after 13 years at the Premier League club.
Lampard is currently with the England squad in Miami ahead of their friendly against Ecuador on Wednesday night. He added: "I am here to concentrate on England. It was almost a relief to say it so I can move forward."
The midfielder will captain the England side tomorrow night.
