The police officer videoed smashing a driver's windscreen was today accused of being a 'repeat offender' after claims he harassed another innocent man. The video, which has gone viral with more than 25 million hits, shows an officer screaming at driver Leon Fontana to 'get out of the car' before smashing the windscreen with his baton and clearing the glass away with a pocket knife. The officer is now subject to an IPCC inquiry and has been put on restricted duties after it emerged Mr Fontana had a legal driving licence. But today another video has emerged which allegedly shows the same officer, identified as a PC Savage, 'harassing' another black man two weeks earlier. Kyle Adair-Whyte, 24, claims he was hand-cuffed and detained for half an hour on September 4 near Haverstock Hill north London while PC Savage called for backup because he believed the scooter Kyle was pushing was stolen. Today Kyle said: "He is ignorant to how his actions affect society and unaware of people's personal space.
