Strongbow Cider lorry spills its load on Worcestershire road

A lorry carrying cider overturned at a roundabout near Worcester spilling its load all over the carriageway. The 38-tonne lorry was "fully loaded with Strongbow cider" when it overturned at the A44/A4103 roundabout at around 5.50pm on Wednesday 27 August, 2015. The driver was unhurt. Six police cars and a towing vehicle were at the scene and hundreds of cider cans were strewn across the road. Drivers were asked to avoid the route if possible due to a "large spillage". The road reopened around 9pm.
