Jeremy Farmer, 48, began the medical transition process last year and says since becoming a male has developed a love of 'man things'. Rather than sweet things like chocolate, he now enjoys nothing more than a pint of cider, burger and watching a game of rugby. He says the emotional change is just as important as the physical side of the process, which will eventually see him undergo surgery to complete the transformation.
