Whitby RNLI crew celebrated the centenary of one of the most dramatic rescues in history today, a flotilla of boats, led by the All Weather Lifeboat the George and Mary Webb, headed out to the wreck of the Rohilla off Saltwick Nab. RNLI crew and decendants of those who perished laid wreaths and had a short service out to sea.
