Police have blasted a time-wasting learner driver who dialled 999 - to complain his instructor had turned up LATE. The dozy driver was also annoyed that the female instructor had told him to get out of her car after a row about the arrival time. In a bid to shame the driver, West Midlands Police have released the two-minute and 20 second recording.
