Pompeo, Kim's right-hand man, begin talks to prep nuclear summit

Both North Korean senior official Kim Yong Chol and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo are in New York for talks on salvaging a summit meeting between US President Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un.
