Indonesian police shot dead six suspected terrorists and arrested another in a raid that took place on New Year's Eve near the capital of Jakarta. According to a National Police spokesman, police surrounded a house in Ciputat on Tuesday evening (December 31). Police told suspected militants inside to surrender, but they refused and opened fire.
