Portland, Oregon, police arrested a possible suspect in a hit-and-run at the Portland State University campus on Friday, May 25, that injured at least three women, one of whom is in critical condition, local reports said.

The vehicle was stopped by police at Northeast 16th Avenue and Glisan Street later in the day, reports said.

A fourth victim may have left the scene. Eyewitnesses said the car swerved off the street onto the sidewalk, and initial reports said the hit-and-run was intentional, though there is no indication from authorities at the time of writing that the incident was terror-related.
