Personal rendition (piano solo) of three songs, famous from the Duke Ellington songbook. Remembering some 35 years ago in Suriname, the famous classical and jazz violinist Laffie (the late Mr. Harry De la Fuente, 1914-1996) stating to me, that who claims to be a jazz musician, should "prove" it by playing Duke Ellington's “Sophisticated lady”.
