Ingredients:
Coal
Oil
Salt & Pepper
Ghee
2 tbsp - Ground Walnut
2 tbsp - Pistachios
2 tbsp - almonds
Herb Paste
Herb Paste:
Basil
Parsley
2 - Chopped garlic
Sesame oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Water
Method of preparation:
Keep the coal on the gas to heat it and once its done take it out in a bowl.
Take a pan, and grease it with oil. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the paneer and place it on the pan.
Keep the bowl containing coal in the middle of the pan, add ghee in it and close the lid.
Flip the paneer pieces after some time.
After the pieces turn brown, keep the pan aside.
In a pan add ground walnut and dry roast it.
Dry roast pistachios and almonds. Mix them well with walnut.
Keep them aside to cool.
Quote the smoked Paneer pieces with the herb paste and roll it in dry fruits.
Place the Paneer in a baking tray and bake it at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
Our smoked Paneer is ready.
Herb paste:
In a mixer jar, add basil, parsley, garlic, sesame oil, salt, black pepper powder and some water and grind it.
