Left behind the snow-top mountains
The six-kind flock of mine
Has stopped grazing in their common land
The sight of the sky and the hills
Has been left behind in the distance afar
Has been parted in the distance afar

With the purple anemone mountains destroyed
The pink hue left the cheeks of our daughters
The great legacy of the Hun warriors
Faded away in the blue mirage
Left buried in the land and the earth

The heroic great soldiers of the Hun dynasty
Wasted away their blood, sweat and tears for the fight to save their homeland
And the Huns’ great legend
Rested within the winds of time
Oh, the sands and stones of the great legendary Huns

Lost the blue and grand mountains
Of what remained of our herds
Left pasture-less for grazing and growing
Stood quietly afar in the visible distance
Solemnly embracing a tragic yet a grand history

Oh my beloved lost land
What will become of it beneath the foots of strangers
Oh the fate of the Mongols
What will become of us if we divide, crumble and clamor
We shall not giveaway any part of our land
Even in the plea of the Gods
Even in the pleas of the Gods

Oh my beloved motherland descended from the times of the great Huns
