A bus driver for the Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) went out of her way to help a young boy who fell off his bike on his way to school on May 10.
Footage shared by MCTS shows the driver, Felicia Moore, stopping to help the boy, who came off his bike while crossing a road.
“I saw a little boy who fell on his bike and it looked like a car had clipped his back tire,” Moore told Fox6.
“I immediately saw my baby laying on that ground and was like ‘Oh God! I got to help him,’” she added.
The video shows Moore opening the door of the bus, and asking the injured boy if he would like a free ride to Lincoln Elementary School. The boy gratefully accepts, and can be heard saying “thank you” as he arrives at his destination.
Moore then apologizes to her other passengers for the inconvenience, but says “that baby needed some help.” Credit: Milwaukee County Transit System via Storyful
