Chile marks International Day against Homophobia

Santiago's La Moneda Palace, the residence of the Chilean president, is illuminated with the colors of the LGBTI flag to commemorate the International Day against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia, which marks May 17, 1990, the date when the World Health Organization (WHO) removed homosexuality from its list of mental illnesses.
