Minister of National Development Planning Hon Alexander Chiteme shows his down to earth character, in line with the teachings of 'servant leadership' by PF founder President Michael Chilufya Sata (MHSRIP) and it's current leader President Edgar Chagwa Lungu, by helping a mother wash her child earlier today in Chilongolo ward.
The Minister who was in the ward with Hon Katambo to drum up support for PF Chilanga parliamentary candidate Mama Maria Langa- Phiri shocked onlookers when he asked the mother of the child to help.
The Patriotic Front is a militant revolutionary party for peasants, workers and intellectuals, with a Pro poor agenda. Mrs Maria Langa has promised the people of Chilanga not to leave anyone behind in her developmental agenda for the constituency, especially the poor residents.
