Slipping very easily under the radar, outside the exhibition hall at IAA 2013 was the brand new Novitec Rosso N-LARGO, based on the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta.
Very little information about the car seems available, the man with the keys and car cover didn't know anything about it! I can only assume it's significantly more powerful than the standard car, to match up with the seriously enhanced bodykit it features.
