Hundreds of protestors took to the streets of central Moscow on Sunday to demand the Russian government unblock the messaging app Telegram.
It was the second demonstration since Russian authorities blocked the popular messaging service last month.
Protestors chanted anti-government slogans and brandished signs denouncing Moscow's move to censor the internet, which critics believe is aimed at closing avenues for dissent.
Local media reports that more than 20 protestors were detained.
