10 dumbbell hamstring curls on a bench\r

15 cable sumo squats\r
10 cable single-leg straight leg deadlift\r

10 bulgarian split squat (each leg)\r
15 hip-ups on a bench (decline) using resistance band\r
10 kick backs using resistance band (each leg)\r
