The wheelbase is 3 wheels, the front overhang is less than 1/4 of a wheel, as well as the rear overhang. The waistline starts at about 1/4 of a wheel tall (measured above the front wheel) to about 1/2 of a wheel tall (measured above the rear wheel).\r

The greenhouse is about a wheel tall (measured starting at the wheels).\r

Take a look at how the relevant points that dictate the cars proportions (where the windshield starts, where the A pillar starts, where both meet, where the trunk starts and ends, etc) are placed relative to the wheels drawn at the beginning. Its all about joining those points correctly, with either straight, concave or convex lines.
