After winning the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar for 'Ida' in 2015, Polish director Pawel Pawlikowski is back on the red carpet at the Cannes Film festival with "Cold War", a tender black-and-white period romance set among the members of a touring folk group in the Eastern Bloc in the 1950s.
