Kashmir Home Ministry reviews security situation after a tourist dies in stone pelting

A day after a tourist from Tamil Nadu lost his life in stone pelting in Kashmir. The Chief Minister of J&K Mehboba Mufti is trying to do some damage control. She has called an all party meeting to review the security situation in the valley. Meanwhile the body the victim has reached his hometown in Chennai. And the J&K police has arrested 10 people in relation with the case. Sources tell NewsX that no more arrests are likely in the matter. Mehboba Mufti though received all round criticism for the incident. Though Mufti called it a 'heart breaking' incident and even met the victim’s family. Former J&K CM Omar Abdullah sharply criticised the govt for the incident. In fact the Home ministry also called a meeting to review the security of tourists in the valley.
