Drug Cartels Recruiting High School Students to Smuggle Drugs: Prosecutors

A high school student in the San Diego area is accused of recruiting his classmates to smuggle methamphetamine and fentanyl as federal prosecutors say they are seeing more and more students being recruited by drug cartels.
