Makes 2 or more Swiss roll \r

1 1/2 tbsp of corn flour\r
1/3 cup plus 2 table spoon of sugar ( sugar will depend on how sweet the mango is ) taste the mango first and adjust the sugar\r
2 cans of sliced mango ( fresh is the best) \r

For the Sponge Cake\r

25 ml of milk \r
100 g of granulated sugar\r
25 g melted butter\r
1 tsp of vanilla\r
5 egg yolk \r
5 egg whites\r
80 g cake flour
