Dealing with severe depression is hard. living with depression is debilitating and painful. we, who suffer this, need to use whatever help were offered. most suicides happen due to depression.
its such a misunderstood illness, and we find ourselves in hell, when it hits, and we must reach out for help. please take your anti depressants. depression is a biological illness.
