Demonstrators blocked roads in the Armenian capital of Yerevan on May 2 after opposition leader Nikol Pashinyan was prevented from becoming prime minister in parliament the previous day.
Pashinyan called on his supporters on Tuesday to resume their campaign of civil disobedience, including labor strikes and the blocking of streets and the Yerevan subway, Aravot reported.
The outlet said protesters blocked several roads in the capital, including a route to Zvartnots International Airport, forcing travelers to walk.
