PA Attorney General's Office Appealing Dismissal of Charges in Penn State Hazing Death

Attorney General Josh Shapiro's office is looking to to reinstate charges, including involuntary manslaughter and reckless endangerment against several former Penn State Beta Theta Pi fraternity members.
