In a blistering counter attack on Rahul Gandhi, PM Modi has now counter dared the Congress President to speak for 15 minutes at length about his party's achievements without referring to a script. PM Modi has dared the latter to speak in English, Hindi or his mother tongue. Rahul had days ago challenged the prime minister to a 15 minute duel in the parliament. Adding that Modi would not be able to stand in front of him.
