It's been 15 years since Arbin and his two brothers were all together at their parent's house. Since Arben, was flying back to surprise his parents for his birthday anyway, the other two brothers wanted to get in on the surprise as well. Mom and Dad, who live in Albania, were totally floored and overjoyed that the whole family was together again.
