Police Tase Chattanooga Nurse After He Refuses to Leave Emergency Room

Police used a taser on a nurse at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee, after he refused to leave the emergency room on April 26, according to local media.

Roger W. Davis, 42, was charged with two counts of assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

According to an affidavit from police obtained by local media, Davis was asked to leave by two officers, and “started swinging his arms” in a bid to keep one of them from making him leave.
