Photographs of newly recruited constables with markings of “SC”, “ST” and “OBC” on their chests during their medical examination in Madhya Pradesh’s Dhar district have surfaced. Triggering accusations of caste-based segregation, the MP police have now ordered a probe into the matter. Dhar district SP said that there was no such instruction given, adding that action would be taken against those found guilty.
