Kathua gangrape case Accused Sanjhi Ram's lawyer demands Narco test

SC says accused has right to argue on the transfer of the case/trial. Earlier, Indira Jaising had said accused had no right. SC asks accused to respond to the plea of the victim's father. SC posted the matter for May 3.
