Rahul Gandhi says 'unexplained techincal failures' charge; FIR filed against aircraft's pilots

Rahul's office writes letter to DG, IGP Karnataka. Rahul's charge is that there were unexplained technical failures occurring during course of flight . It also adds shuddering & altitude dipping were not natural or weather related.
