A tornado accompanied by intense rain rolled through Coral Springs, Florida on April 27 at about 2:45pm local time.

The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado sighting in Coral Springs area on Friday afternoon, according to The Miami Herald.
A spokesman urged people in the area to find shelter from possible debris and intense rainfall, the report said.
Meanwhile, NBC reported the NWS first became aware of the tornado after a weather spotter identified it.
