In this video, I explain how it's not acceptable for us (BPD and Bipolars) to behave in unacceptable, hurtful ways toward our partners. We can and should seek help, if our behaviour is hurtful or dangerous to others.
For partners of borderline and Bipolars, you don't have to continue the relationship if you are suffering. Bipolar and Borderlines have to take some responsibility.
