The Congress has said that it will move the Supreme Court challenging VP Naidu's order rejecting its impeachment move. BJP said that the motion against the CJI is unprecedented, ill-advised & illegal. Vice president Naidu had rejected the impeachment motion against CJI Dipal Misra moved by 7 opposition parties saying that the motion indicated mere suspicion, conjecture or an assumption in the Prasad Education Trust case and that it doesn't constitute proof beyond reasonable doubt.
