The Congress has said that it will move the Supreme court challenging VP Naidu's order rejecting its impeachment move. Congress said that the motion against the CJI is unprecedented, ill-advised & illegal.Vice president Naidu had rejected the impeachment motion against CJI Dipal misra moved by 7 opposition parties.Naidu said that the motion indicated mere suspicion, conjecture or an assumption in the prasad education trust caseand that it doesn't constitute proof beyond reasonable doubt.
