This mod extends the time-line from 800AD-1914AD (I stopped early since the game was starting to get really buggy and crashy) it removes all provinces minus capitals so every other province is colonialist. Regions that were originally impassible are now provinces as well.
Tech progression has been altered and extended to a total of 45 levels. Every country starts at Tech 0. This puts all countries on an even keel and requires you to progress to Tech 1 in order to form an army. New idea groups unlockable after Tech 40 in addition to 7 new units allow you to enjoy the late game.
