There seems to be no respite for the common man after petrol prices touched a four-year high. Petrol prices have increased by one paisa and diesel by four paisa. In Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata, diesel prices also reached a record high across cities in the last one week. Prices of petrol and diesel were hiked by five paisa and seven paisa respectively. P Chidambaram has lambasted the centre calling BJP govt anti consumer. He also went out saying BJP govt practices tax the consumer policy.
