Former Safety and Security Minister Sydney Mufamadi says there was a probe into Winnie Madikizela-Mandela's alleged role in the death of teen activist Stompie Seipei. She was in the press briefing where Mufamadi insists that the investigation wasn't aimed at vilifying the struggle icon, and that the same investigation later proved her innocence.
