In a seminar for real estate markteing strategies held by the Realty One Group, multi-awardee and real estate veteran Jim Brooks conducted a seminar among real estate agents of different property specialties.
In this seminar, Brooks expressed that real estate is a very social industry, and that in order to succeed, a real estate agent must be sociable, likable, approachable, and trustworthy to his or her clients. Brooks also mentioned that one of the best ways to generate more real estate transactions is setting fixed day-to-day activities.
Seminar attendees participated by sharing their own techniques when looking for clients, as well as the various strategies they apply to seal real estate deals. More importantly, the attendees got a chance to voice out their questions about real estate marketing.
