Man Charged with Killing Attorney Accidentally Recorded Himself Confessing to Murder: Court Docs

Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker filed murder charges Wednesday against David Jungerman in the death of Missouri attorney Tom Pickert, the man killed outside his home shortly after walking his children to school.
